Hi, my name is Linda and I want to tell my story about how "Addiction By Salsa" was born.

 

Being a military spouse in Germany in the early 70's, I longed for home and the taste of good ole Texas spice. One thing I craved the most was salsa and there began a long hobby some 40 years now, that has now turned into a passion.

 

I started making small batches in my tiny kitchen in Nuremberg, Germany.  All ingredients came from the local market or the local Army Commissary.  Depending on what was available, I tweaked the recipe over years.

 

Coming back to the United States in the 80's, provided me with so many more options, specifically peppers. Peppers galore so many to choose from. I've been making salsa all these years for family and friends and today I bring it to you.
